DRONE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Scope of Services. Drone-based services which
may include: aerial photography/videography;
photography/videography; real estate media; inspections
(roofing, construction, etc.); or other as specified in the
form.

Service Fees & Payment. Client agrees to
pay the total fee. A 50% deposit is due at
booking, with the remaining balance due the day of the event
before service is rendered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling. Cancellations
within the stated window may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Flights may be rescheduled due to weather, FAA airspace
restrictions, or mechanical issues at no cost to the customer.

Compliance & Safety. Drone Star is FAA Part
107 certified and complies with all applicable regulations.
Flights will not be conducted in restricted airspace or unsafe
weather. Company may cancel or reschedule for safety or legal
compliance.

Client Responsibilities. Client must secure
property access/permissions and ensure no interference with the
operator, photographer, or equipment during service.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Company retains copyright in
all media. Client receives a limited, non-transferable license
for personal/marketing purposes. Reproduction or resale without
written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability. Company is not liable
for damages, delays, or losses caused by weather, third parties,
or airspace restrictions. Liability will not exceed the amount
paid by Client.

Insurance. Company maintains commercial drone
liability insurance up to $1,000,000 per occurrence (proof
available upon request).

Indemnification. Client agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless Company, its employees, and contractors from
claims arising from misuse/unauthorized use of deliverables or
failure to obtain necessary permissions.

Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for
failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control
(e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God).
Non‑Refundable Deposit. The 50% deposit is
non‑refundable. By booking, Client understands Drone Star commits
time, adjusts schedules, and may decline other work to attend the
event; the deposit compensates for advance planning.
Equipment Protection & On‑Site Liability.
Client will provide a safe environment for personnel/equipment
(drones, cameras, mics, lighting, audio). Client is responsible
for informing guests/vendors/venue staff not to touch or obstruct
equipment. Client is liable for damage, theft, or loss caused by
negligence, recklessness, or interference by Client, guests, venue
staff, or third parties under Client’s control. Company may
pause/terminate operations without refund if the environment is
unsafe or equipment is at risk. Children/minors must be supervised
around equipment.
Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the
laws of the State of Kansas.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire
understanding between the parties and supersedes prior
agreements/communications.
